Facebook II

Well it's been quite some time but it's time for my follow up thoughts to my Facebook post. While I am still participating I hold to most of my previous thoughts. A lot of junk and a lot of wasted time. However whether I like it or not it is a good way to connect with people you don't get to see too often and keep up to date on what's going on even if some are a little over the top like posting "I'm going to bed now". Don't need to know that and I really don't care. Another reason I have stayed with it is that some have abandoned regular email so my only way to contact them is through Facebook email. I am a little tired of the self promotion, whining, and those awful games, but I have come to look beyond all the junk and find something good there. I will admit I do enjoy posting an amusing comment or too but for now at least it is not an obsession (I have learned to never say never).

I will try to be more diligent with the blog since I know more are reading it. (That's one reason I slacked. I wasn't sure anyone was reading it) Please send comments, good or bad. That way I know you're out there.
